Dwayne is the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. Additionally, he is Director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne also has a heart to train the next generation of Biblical counselors. He serves as a board director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is also the writer of a number of online pieces. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne has three kids with his wife Leslie.
